INGREDIENTS :

  • 1 cup Gram flour
  • 1/2 tsp ginger garlic paste
  • 1/2 tsp red chilli powder
  • Salt as per taste
  • 1 cup pureed spinach
  • 1 tbsp olive oil


COOKING INSTRUCTIONS
:

  1. Take a bowl and combine besan, spinach puree, ginger-garlic paste, red chilli, water as requiresd and mix it to form a batter.
  2. Now heat a non-stick pan and apply a little oil on it. Spread batter. When it is golden brown, flip it to the other side to cook.
  3. Serve with Sauce.

4. Oats Uttapam

Oats Uttapam is yet another healthy breakfast recipe from South Indian cuisine prepared with Oats and Semolina.

HOW TO MAKE OATS UTTAPAM

Ingredients :

  • 1 Cup Oats
  • 1/2 Cup Suji
  • 1 Cup Yogurt
  • 1 tsp mustard Seed
  • A pinch of Soda
  • As required Water
  • 1 Finely chopped Onion
  • 1 Chopped Tomato
  • Salt as per taste
  • 2 tsp Oil

COOKING INSTRUCTIONS :

  1. Grind oats and semolina.
  2. Now add yogurt, soda and water as required to make a batter.
  3. Keep aside for 30 minutes.
  4. Add chopped onion, tomatoes and salt as per taste and mix it well.
  5. Now heat a non-stick pan and apply a little oil on it. Spread batter. When it is golden brown, flip it to the other side to cook.
  6. Serve with any spicy chutney of your choice.

5. Vegan Tacos

Ingredients :

  • 1 Cup boiled corn
  • 1 Cup finely chopped Onion
  • 1 Cup Chopped Tomato
  • 1 Cup sliced Capsicum
  • 1 boiled Potato
  • 1 tsp chilli powder
  • Salt as per taste
  • 2 tsp Oil

COOKING INSTRUCTIONS :

  1. Heat oil over medium heat in non stick Pan, saute corn, onion, potato and capsicum for five minutes. Sprinkle with Salt and red chilli powder.
  2. Mix it properly and add chopped tomatoes in it. Cook for 2-3 mins.
  3. Serve in taco shells.
